Tricor is currently active in 16 locations across the US and offers a rapid, six-month mobilization for new markets. We are committed to addressing each of the steps in our process in a timely matter while remaining within budget. Tricor has managed construction on over $4 billion in assets and is an expert on client specifications, affordability, and efficiencies. We have onboarded over 1,200 subcontractor crews nationally and have access to volume pricing. Tricor has established relationships with national and local suppliers in each market and consumes as much product as large publicly traded home builders. Our personnel has extensive commercial and residential backgrounds to help streamline schedule and efficiencies.
Step 1
Property Inspection
The first step in our process involves a thorough property inspection with a dedicated Construction Manager. This is our clients initial opportunity to share their vision, needs and expectations.
Step 2
Next, our team will provide a statement of work including a detailed estimate with itemized pricing.
Step 3
Following the estimate we will perform a walk-through with the client to make any necessary modifications to the scope of work.
Step 4
Construction
The entire construction process is overseen by our Construction Managers who are highly experienced and provide consistent communication with the client.
Step 5
Lastly we conduct a final walk with the client to inspect quality, address any changes and ultimately ensure that our client is completely satisfied with the property.
