Tricor’s new construction department offers end to end development and construction services for the single-family rental space. From land acquisition, land development, to construction, we tailor our services to the specific needs of large developers, portfolios and institutional investors. Tricor offers a variety development and construction agreements, a client project portal, and additional venture opportunities. Tricor’s model of combing a multifamily approach and national accounts, with single-family trades and pricing is creates a value add to every client. Our new construction With close to 1,000 homes currently in progress across the nation, we have a pipeline of around 4,000 homes that are in different stages of development. Our team’s vast experience in multifamily construction, production home building, and custom home building will ensure our clients with that speed and quality is always the focus.
