Austin Lamb was recently promoted to Director of Finance and Accounting. During his time with the company, he has continued to climb the professional ladder with adeptness, loyalty, and dedication. In this role, his responsibilities will include overseeing the Accounting, Treasury and Material Acquisition departments. Austin will also work with executives on financial review and forecasting as well as building relationships with financial institutions. Austin currently oversees all day-to-day operations of Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Material Acquisition for Tricor’s Renovation and Build to Rent divisions. In addition, he reviews and prepares the company financials, and advises executives on financial strategy, planning, and projections. Austin joined Tricor a few months after its inception and has been instrumental in the continued development of the company’s Accounting, Material Acquisition, and Reporting procedures.After graduating from Evangel University in 2013 with a BBA in Accounting, Austin joined O’Reilly Auto Parts as an Inventory Accountant. While there, he oversaw the monthly reconciliation of multiple company accounts including the LIFO Reserve, Shrink Reserve, and transactional movement of product between the distribution centers and stores. During Austin’s time at O’Reilly, the company saw massive growth becoming the largest automotive parts supplier in the US (by market cap) and cemented itself as a Fortune 500 company.
