Our Process

Step 1

Property Inspection

The first step in our process involves a thorough property inspection with a dedicated Construction Manager. This is our clients initial opportunity to share their vision, needs and expectations.

Step 2


Next, our team will provide a statement of work including a detailed estimate with itemized pricing.

Step 3


Following the estimate we will perform a walk-through with the client to make any necessary modifications to the scope of work.

Step 4


The entire construction process is overseen by our Construction Managers who are highly experienced and provide consistent communication with the client.

Step 5

Final Inspection

Lastly we conduct a final walk with the client to inspect quality, address any changes and ultimately ensure that our client is completely satisfied with the property.
