As a Development Project Manager, Malerie manages project coordination with clients and consultants through the development process and into construction. She ensures that the client business plan and expectations, such as density, product type, facilities, utilities, etc., are being met. She works alongside the Director of Development and assists with the entitlement, planning, design, and construction process of projects spanning numerous states.Malerie graduated from the School of Architecture and Planning at theUniversity of New Mexico in 2011 with a degree in Environmental Planning and Design. Immediately following she decided to further her education and received a Master’s Degreein Landscape Architecture from the College of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture at the University of Arizona. Upongraduation, Malerie was hired byNorris Design, a national firm specializing in planning, landscape architecture and branding.While at Norris Design she played an integral role in thedesign and production processes from concept development through construction implementation. She was involved in a wide variety of projects across multiple states, spanning numerous sectors, and varying in both sizeand scope. Some of the more well-known projects include the Arizona State University Omni Hotel in Tempe, Arizona, multiple Sparrow Partners active adult multi-family developments across the Phoenix metro area, Banner University Medical Center North Campus in Tucson, Arizona, Heroes Regional Park Library in Glendale, Arizona, and Meyer Ranch in New Braunfels, Texas.
