Executive Vice President of Operations - Renovations

Dustin Terry currently serves as the Tricor’s EVP of Operations for our Renovations division overseeing performance, expansion, financial planning and customer relations. With a background in management and an Accounting degree from Missouri State University, Dustin offers a unique perspective of operational management experience combined with financial knowledge. Dustin has led Tricor through various procedural and process implementations, while spearheading expansion into new territories. Coming from three generations of entrepreneurs, Dustin was raised around business and was taught early the steps of development of a company, ground up. Previously Dustin worked in the Finance department at O’Reilly Automotive, a fortune 500 company headquartered in Missouri. He was heavily involved in tax strategies, accounting, and customer relations during his time there. Dustin also previously served as the Director of Operations for Pies Unlimited, a large bakery in Las Vegas and led revenue growth of 180% in 3 years for the startup. After these experiences Dustin accepted the position of Controller with Tricor and worked diligently alongside CFO Richard Frank creating processes and designs to support the rapid growth of the company. He then accepted his current position to bring efficient processes and procedures to field operations and works closely with COO Josh Fancher on expansion and growth of the company and brand.
