Tricor’s new construction department offers end to end development and construction services for the single-family rental space. Our new build department offers construction needs for large portfolios and institutional investors. Tricor offers a cost-plus development agreement, a client portal and additional venture opportunities. Tricor currently controls five build-for-rent developments totaling 748 homes in the growing Raleigh-Durham-Cary, North Carolina market. Two developments of 234 homes have zoning and site plan approved with early grading scheduled to begin in December 2023. Tricor currently controls one build-for-rent development of 120 homes in Denton, Texas in the growing Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington, Texas market and is working to control an additional 705 homes. Tricor is daily evaluating new land opportunities for development in growing sunbelt markets and seeking capital partners to complete these developments.
